Overview
This course introduces the key principles of critical thinking and explores how these skills are increasingly important in an AI-driven world. Critical thinking involves analysing information, evaluating evidence, and making reasoned judgements.
As AI-generated content becomes more common, the ability to think critically is essential for distinguishing between reliable and unreliable information, and for using AI tools responsibly and effectively.
Through a series of practical examples and activities, you will explore how critical thinking applies to reading, writing, listening and evaluating sources, as well as how it supports informed decision-making. The course also introduces key concepts in AI literacy, helping you to navigate digital information with confidence.
